中华海外生态学者协会(Sino-Ecologists Association Overseas，英文缩写为Sino-Eco，以下简称协会)于1989年在美国正式成立，是由在美国、加拿大等国生态学、地学和环境科学领域工作和学习的中国学者和学生组成的自愿非盈利的学术型专业协会。
中华海外生态学者协会旨在促进中国生态学者之间，及其与世界各国同行之间的相互了解与学术交流，有利于中国生态学与国际接轨，从而成为联络海内外生态环境科学的纽带和桥梁。
协会成立20年以来，本着探索科学、服务祖国的方针，不断发展壮大，凝聚了众多活跃在生态环境学科技术前沿的学者专家，学术界影响不断增大。
